The Story
Chris Knauf began growing peppers on the shores of Lake George simply because he loved spicy food.
Over time, the hobby turned into a challenge to grow hotter and hotter peppers.
Dragon's Breath Sauce was born from that obsession.
Every bottle is made from peppers grown locally and crafted in small batches.
